I own 14 4-piece travel rods. These LLBean’s ones are the best all-around travel rods out there. They are very sensitive and the heaviest version (10-22) is amazing for any inshore fishing.

Great item for a youngster just learning to fish. Also, great to have in your vehicle for a quick opportunity.

I originally got this rod to take on vacation with me. I liked it so much it’s now my go to rod. I have the 8-17lb rod. I regularly fish the Chesapeake Bay.

For the $$$ this is a great rod. I have the heavy wt. model and it worked great on a recent Florida trip. I caught numerous Snook and Sea trout with no issue.

This rod has a nice smooth action. – This will be great for traveling in our motorhome this summer. The rod has nice action especially for the price. The compactness will be very helpful in our limited space.

OK – I like it!.

Fishing Pole – Nice case, good pole, reel works well with 6lb test line. Compact for easy storage in any vehicle.

Bought the 7′ 4 piece eagle about 6 weeks ago and I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever fished anything better for trout. Sensitive enough to feel a fish breath on your bait but with enough.

I purchased this rod for a trip to British Columbia. Very versatile. Was concerned that it would be stiff with all the joints but wasn’t disappointed.

I was sceptical at first, but wanted a compact rod for easy carry. Very impressed from cast 1. Great control and distance with a beautiful action. Get one! ✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

I was able to carry this, a backpack, and a carry onto four flights I had with Delta without any problems. It’s small and convenient which means it travels well.

Bought the 8’6″ four piece to take to Costa Rica. Used it to fish in the jungle and in the surf on the Pacific. Catching Jack trevally in the surf, this rods performed flawlessly.

Combo travel kit spinning rod – Bought this as a gift and my son really likes it- has taken it apart and kept it in the case several times. Easy to put together and works well as a portable pole!.
HHPIN –
Bought the 6′ 6″ Light Eagle Travel rod as a companion to the HMG 7′ 6″ Light rod I bought earlier this year. Very different rods.

had this rod for 2 years, then broke the tip (hit the net trying to land a salmon) so bought another one 🙂 rod is very sensitive yet strong enough to do the job, although I do think.

I first purchased a 7 foot travel rod but after feeling how light the rod is I decided to purchase a 8’6” as a back up. On a recent trip to Alaska, I had no problem landing Chum salmon.
