I recently purchased this item along with the Magellan SwiftRise 6 Tent. The SwiftRise tent was a disappointment but this screen house was exactly what I wanted.

Great value for a monster sized tent! – This tent is insanely simple to set-up! We did not get the opportunity to ‘test setup’ the tent before we took it camping.we literally pulled it out of the box at the campsite.
TreeTrunks –

Awesome Tent that works WITH A TOOLBOX INSTALLED!! – I bought this for a trip around Texas where I would stay at various state parks. Tent can be set up by 1 person in 10 minutes!!! But, go ahead & set the tent up once or twice to understand.
Shellbert –
Roomy, but stuffy, and some quality problems – I used this once on a camping trip. It’s very roomy inside, pretty easy to set up. It’s very stuffy inside though. We used it to cover cooking stuff.

Taj Mahal of Tent Camping – We bought this tent for our first time tent camping with our 7 year old twins – 3 nights in the Wiscinsin Dells. Two tips: 1) extend the horizontal poles BEFORE the vertical ones otherwise.

Awesome tent! – Relatively easy to assemble. Use in conjunction with high quality blow up mattress. Excellent combination- mattress made for pickup truck bed.
CES of MSC –
Great tent for the price. – I bought this tent to take on a scouting overnighter. It was easy to setup but the poles have to bend so much it makes it hard to setup up alone.
campingmama –
Did the job on Ocracoke – Provided excellent cover / shade, was able to withstand winds on OBX. Does not keep bugs out due to opening at bottom of screen.
GreatOutdoors –
Took a beating – I bought this tent for a 7 day camping trip on the beach in high wind. I immediately realized the tent is not designed for high wind and I had to guy it with poles on the outside.
Keyworth –
Very good value on a well-made tent – We bought this tent several months ago so that we would have a few more creature comforts on car-camping trips to the coast and the mountains. Went up easily (2–persons in about twenty minutes).
MsMaggie –

Charla04 –
Awesome Tent. – We bought this tent a while back and had no idea how it would hold up because at the time there were no reviews on it so we took a chance and I’m glad we did. We stayed in this tent three nights.

shower/bathroom tent – Difficult to set up by 1 person. Goes up easier if you lay it on its side once poles are inserted. Appears well made. Stakes need to be replaced with better made ones.

Just What I Needed! – Really happy with the Magellan Outdoors Portable 1 Person Utility Tent. Purchased to use as a camp shower/restroom for a recent camping trip, and it was just what I needed.
HokieVol –
Reasonable value depending on your needs. – A year ago I bought a Magellan Outdoors Scout tent when they were on clearance. The Scout had mixed reviews – chief problems were the lack of ventilation, which resulted in a lot of condensation.
CampingFan –
Summer tent – This tent is WELL made and VERY roomy. I stand over 6 feet tall and the tent ceiling is about 7 feet. (yes, I know what the specs say.

PScott –
Better than I thought it would be. – I bought this tent today may 14 2018, and to my surprise was excited with the performance of the tent. Reeding reviews of the tent not being water proof was a big turn off but I walked out.

Great Tent – Bought 3 of these for my Girl Scout Troop. They have held up well with kids for 3 camping trips to far. Very easy to set up my 9 year old can do it by themselves.
Alexis –
great festival tent – This tent is great for those summer nights. It does keep a bit darker during the day compared to other tents and the screen room is a plus when the nights are hot and you don’t want to zip.
CubMom –
GREAT given the conditions we camped in! – We just camped for the first time in this tent last weekend in 25-30 mph winds and TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS for 13 hours straight. This tent held up incredibly well.
Cdmacs –
Excellent tent, but two hands needed for set up – Bought this tent because my other ones did not cone in on time for our camping trip. This was my wife’s first time ever camping. The Mission is not too hard to set up, even for a novice.
Michael –
Great tent for weekend trips – I bought this tent a week ago for hunting trip with my son. It had plenty of room for 2 full size air mattresses and a couple coolers. The 2 weak points were the instructions and the tent stakes.
tbyrd55 –
Simple and easy tent to use. – I bought this tent last year after my previus Rolling meadows tent finally worn out after 6 years of camping and hunting. I usually go 4 to 8 times a year for 3 to 10 days at a time.

We love it! – I got this for my 10 year old daughter and she loves it! It’s a good size for older kids and younger kids. Since it’s a breathable fabric and she can see through it she ended up putting it.
Natasha the Ninja –
Great tent for all weather! – Anyone who had issues with this tent not holding up in the winds either didn’t stake it down properly or may not have had the rain guard on it for extra support. Bought this tent to go to Rocklahom.
Colorado Greg –
Cool Upgrade – I had a previous model of this tent with the fiberglass poles (which broke). The upgrade to aluminum was a great move. For the price of the tent, you can’t find a better solo backpacking option.
Scl922 –
Go to tent, look no further – My wife and I took this tent on a camping trip and the dark technology was perfect for sleeping in. Our other tent from another manufacturer had me up at 7am but now I can sleep until about.
Mike H –
Great for the Family – We have had this tent for about five years and has yet to let us down, rain or shine. It sleeps 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog comfortably, we nicknamed it the “Condo”.
TheTallCamper52 –
Great Tent!! – Bought this tent for the annual camping trip. I wanted something bigger that I could stand up in (I am 6ft 2in) and this thing has ample head room.
Makenzie –
Air flow/windows – While the tent is fantastic and is perfect for myself, one other and my dog, I wish the design allowed for a few more windows. Not quite enough air flow without having to take the tarp off.
clari –
Somewhat dark – Used the tent for the first time up in Wyoming. It is a little darker & a littler cooler. I loved the idea of a porch but it turns into a kitty pool in the rain, which is not good.
Anonymous –
Fantastic tent – This tent is amazing. Well worth the money.
Jonathan –
Love it – Great product for the price, very easy to install . Kept the bugs and flies out.
Kamper King –
Very nice tent for the money – I bought this tent to sit outside of a camper over a picnic table to be shielded from the bugs. It is a very large nice tent. It achieved its purpose.
BMR one –
Excellent screen tent/shelter – We used this as a picnic area on our unimproved land, so we could put up folding tables and chairs, and keep flies and mosquitoes away. In that capacity, I would like to give this net shelter.
John D –
Good tent for the price – First experience with a Coleman tent. The tent is very cool looking, great price, the screened in porch is nice to have, the actual tent portion is spacious, but I have a couple reservations.
Juan –
Assambled in less the 60 seconds – My wife ,my 14 yrs old son and me assamble this tent in less than 60 seconds, also we got some rain and we didn’t have any leaks, 100% recommendable!.
anna banana –
Fabulous tent – I’m on my 4th tent like this over about 20 years. Perfect for the price – only have had to replace because of my improper storage (put away wet, kept in hot garage that ruined waterproofing).
Sandra –
Rightline Gear Pop-Up 2-Person Dome Tent – I really like my tent (love the concept – was Really Excited to open and check it out), but folding it and getting it back in the bag was a HUGE Hassle. The same day it came I tried youtube.
Coleman camper –
Great price with a lot of features – Fifth Coleman tent I bought this year! And couldn’t be happier. I bought the 6 person connectable with the three, 3 person connectable tents that go with it.
Steve –
Nice tent but… – Good quality. I would have given 5 stars if the bottom came closer to being on the ground. There is a 3 to 4 inch opening from the ground. Squirrels are able to get in.
Frank R. –
Go big, go with the best! – Easy to set up, it’s definitely a two person job. Spacious and roomy.
